Let’s talk about this old photo from like 1900 or something, showing the houses at the end of Hubbard Street in Montpelier. So, you got these two little houses at 9 and 11 Hubbard Street, right? They look tiny compared to the big houses up on Nelson Street. And hey, check out those trees without leaves, making everything look all cozy and stuff. The houses on Hubbard Street were built back in the 1880s and 1890s. Oh, and the street was probably named after some meat market guy named William B. Hubbard, who lived nearby. Not really sure why this matters, but hey, now you know.

So, like, if you have something to say about this, you can write a letter to the editor. And if you know of anything cool happening in the area that we should cover, give us a heads up. We’re always looking for new stuff to write about. And if you’re organizing an event, make sure to submit it to our calendar so people know what’s going on. It’s always good to keep everyone in the loop, right?

Not really sure why I’m telling you all this, but here we are. Just thought I’d share some random info with you. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like it’s important to stay connected with the community. So, yeah, keep us posted on what’s happening around town. Who knows, maybe your event will end up in the paper. Wouldn’t that be something? Just a little something to think about.
